Does a radiant barrier sprayed on the inside of a roof effect amateur radio reception from an attic antenna?

Yes, you can lose 75-90% of your radio reception by using sprayed radiant barrier. Even worse, sprayed on radiant barrier doesn’t even work well. The aluminum must not be physically touching anything else to reflect heat properly, so only radiant foil stapled to the rafters is effective.
